This policy can be used to outline the main standards of behaviour that the company expects employees to adhere to and to detail the behaviours that the company would normally regard as gross misconduct.

The template includes sections covering attendance and timekeeping, mobile telephones (both personal and company), email and internet use, bribery, confidentiality and personal searches.

In the most recent update, sections on diversity and inclusivity, conduct outside of work, relationships and criminal offences have been added.
